Flew them about 1 month after they started up. No probs, good flight to and from Kauai, on time and no lost luggage. I do know however that they were using Aloha and Hawaiian flights to help transport some luggage in the beginning because they don't have enough room in their planes(reliable source). Aloha and Hawaiian execs got mad and told their employees to stop accepting their excess luggage even though this is a common practice between the 2 airlines.
