I agree that there are much worst things that could be built in that vacant lot. But, what's wrong with a convenience store? I know there would be be a lot more traffic there, but it would serve the community more than a public storage building. What's wrong with getting a stop light put in on Kuaoa to help with the additional traffic? A stop light is so badly need there anyway.
