I can think of much worst things to put on that open lot besides a storage center. The storage center would not have much traffic because people would just drop off and pick up their goods once in a while. If the artist's renderings are correct then the building will not be too bad. It could have been worst if they put a restaurant or a fastfood joint. How about a 7-11 that would have traffic moving in and out of there all times of the day and night. Even a church would be much louder and have more traffic than the storage center.
