This scam is ridiculous. Word out is that the redemption centers will no longer accept piece counts above 50 from residents and will strictly abide by this rule. So, expect to be short-changed when redeeming your nickels. Expect cheating to increase due to people just fed up with the program. I won't discourage the cheating. The State is satisfied with the monies they receive; Reynolds is satisfied that they keep the containers and recycle themselves to profit. Nobody cares what everyday people think. So be prepared.
