What bill does Donovan Dela Cruz Favor??

I favor Bill 12 before the City Council, which would mean no huge jumps in our property taxes and no windfall revenues for the City. What bill does our Council Chair Donavan Dela Cruz favor? Can he or someone from his office post a response on this board. Thank you. Let's all remember that this is an election year!!
