Birthday Ideas? HELP!!!!!!!

I'm a single Dad and am pretty much clueless what to do for my son's 12th b-day. He wants to have 6-7 friends get together. Does anyone have any ideas how I can entertain these boys without spending a million bucks? I checked Ultra Zone, but it's expensive. My son doesn'y want a home party, which is cool, but $$$ is the factor. Any help would be much appreciated!
