In reference to Mililani Mauka District Park, Donovan & his staff was instrumental in holding meeting to seek the communities input. Although the plans for the park were put in motion 4 years ago, Donovan & his staff saw it through. Commitment to see a project succeed is important. This is a facility that the community has been waiting patiently & with his help, it is now reality. Contruction at this site commence shortly after its dedication and appears it will be completed on time, if not sooner. Donovan made the time to hear constructive ideas & implemented those ideas into the plans that were in the best interest for the community. For his time spent on this project I am grateful.
