I was driving around in Mauka two weeks ago during the week checking out the Christmas lights, there were five of us in my grey SUV (just in case it was me you saw). I drove through many cul-de-sacs. Most of the burglaries if not all occurred in the lower half of Mililani due to the type of windows most common in the lower half. Good advise, we all should be trained to look at the license plate first and get in the habit of writing it down, even if you don't call it in, it may come in handy later.
