No Soda
No Salt (no fries)
No Fried Foods
No Pastry/Sweet Bread
I Ate Grilled or Baked Chicken (NO SKIN)
Fish, Tuna & Seafood
Lots of Salads (low calorie dressing ok)
Oatmeal, Cereals w bannana & fruits are great.
Apples, Oranges, Carrot Sticks,Cantalope for desert or snacks.
Lemonade, Iced Tea, Apple and fruit juices are great.
