Here is an example for your daily intake of a diet for you.
Breakfast: oat bran, fruit, soy milk
Lunch: Veg. chili, oat bran bread, tomato
Dinner: Veg curt, soyburger and worthbeans
Also take a supplement 3 times a day
Fiber- Metamucil
