Just be yourself and don't be afraid to say you don't know an answer, but you will look it up or ask a mentor/prof about it. You need to have in advance answers to questions like your 3 worst qualities, 3 best qualities, what your last supervisor would say about you. Be prepared to write a fake soap note and do fake patient education on the person you're interviewing with. If they are an SLP you will have a tougher time. PT and OT just don't know enough about us to ask. Be prepared to discuss how you will do MBSS or FEES on demented patients and types of AAC you could utilize in acute rehab. Be well versed in knowing when it is appropriate to just do a bedside and when to order the MBSS or FEES. Best of luck and i;m sure you'll do great.
