I am working in a long term care facility and have a patient with Alzheimers that is working on swallowing difficulties. Most of his difficulty stems from him eating too much at a time before swallowing. Does anyone have any suggestions of things to do with him besides downgrading his diet? He is currently on Dysphagia 3 diet with nectar liquids. Thanks
