Have you considered signing up for the ASHA Special Interest Group (SIG),the Neurological SIG? It's like $35 a year and you can find out a lot daily on what the rest of the country is doing for S-L-H for your type of clients/patients. Post your request and you will get a lot of suggestion (including tried and true or not so good assessments)most based on everyone's real life experience.
