I currently work in various SNF, ILF, and ALF. I want to try and build some programs i.e. memory care, swallowing, aphasia, etc. One of my facilities in-particular could benefit from a memory care program. Any tips? I would really love some pointers. Sometimes, it is tough in these SNF/LTC discerning what is ethical and appropriate.
Also, any tips on how to build caseload in an ethical manner in LTC/ALF/ILF?
