I work in an outpatient brain injury clinic. We have a client coming in who sustained a brain injury 3-4 years ago, and since then has stuttered. He is from a foreign country and will come to therapy with an interpreter, who I have been told is quite good. I am apprehensive.... anyone ever done fluency therapy through an interpreter? I'm struggling with how I might target things like easy onset in a language that I don't know. Thoughts? Thank you!
