I spoke to Darin about this. His official response is...
"We are elevating Mark Flatten to assistant. He is in his second year of volunteering here and does a great job. He will hit the road March 1st on the recruiting trail. He will be hired full-time on June 1st. Thanks for the support, we are excited to get going!"
