I had a local Jiffy lube change the oil 2500 miles ago and they incorrectly installed 5W-50 oil. As a result, the oil pump "stuck" and built up enough pressure to blow the seal on the filter, and all the oil drained. I need any information that can be provided concerning problems related to incorrect oil viscosity installed into a Mark VIII or any other car for that matter. HELP, Jiffy Lube believes the different viscosity makes no difference.
