I would love to be as optimistic as you are but you know, all four revivals on Broadway this year were nominated because they filled up all the slots. :o) I am happy Faith was nominated though, because this is her dream show and she really has done a really nice job with it; I think she's grown a lot (if that's possible for Faith Prince, lol) since Stamford and watching her performance a couple weeks ago was a lot more enjoyable. Personally, I think Marc, castmate Martin Moran (as Kitchell) and David Evans/Don Sebesky (?) were snubbed for best leading actor, featured actor and orchestrations respectively. While the first two were really tight categories that they both would've been shoo ins for any other year, I do think that the orchestrations for Bells were particularly impressive and should have been recognized.
