AE plug-in works but Premiere Realtime plug-in doesn't - whats going on?

This is a follow-up to my own post. Finally solved the problem. It was a AGP/PCI latency issue. Apparently while running an anti-virus software and resizing my video screen while premiere was on -> the latency values got corrupted. After wandering around the web I found this AGP/PCI utility called powerstrip. ran the program and got the values back somehow by itself and so my RT2000 is Online once again to do more editing stuff for years to come. Hope this helps anyone out there with the same situation.
