rt2000 for commercial

I have an rt2000. If I shoot on a sony 3chip mini-dv, edit on the rt2000, and output back onto a sony mini-dv, would I get broadcast quality acceptable for a national television commercial? I know there are editorial and producer skills behind making anything look good, but I'm asking just from a technical standpoint. Also, would the titling packages that come with the rt2000 be of acceptable quality?
