If you had an earlier setup of matrox tools and you are upgrading or changing your set up, you need to download the "Cleaner" program from the Matrox Software site. Go to Matrox's site and read the support article on this and and download the software to clean off any earlier installs... Appearently uninstalling the matrox tools doesn't always work right and parts of it get left... which means it won't install a new version.
