Around my area, everyone is changing over to final cut pro with Mac pcs.... I too have experienced the no-service tech support and ask myself, "Wouldn't I be better off with a Mac too? At least their systems work and they get much better tech support." Maybe Matrox should listen.... But then, I am not willing to pay that kind of money for support on a product that I paid lots for and it isn't working....
