The ribbon cable is used to connect your rt2500 to a matrox video card to improve the image quality on your monitor. If your rt2500 is working, and you do not have a matrox video card, then the cable is useless to you. If that is the case would you email me please, I have been looking for a ribbon cable for my church's media ministry computer. Thanks,
