I recently purchased a new P4 system with a 1.5v AGP slot. I did so base on several posts by Matrox technical support on the Matrox forums stating that the RT2K card is in fact 1.5v compliant. When I put the G400Flex card into the computer, the system boots, but I get now video. So I put the PCI card in with the AGP card and get video out of the PCI card, but Windows does not detect the AGP card. My guess is that my card is not 1.5v compliant. I have sent 3 e-mails to technical support and recieved no response at all. It has been 3 weeks and I am a bit frustrated. I would call, but I have placed restrictions on my phone for International calls (my last call to Matrox cost me $190). Has anyone had any experience with this? I put the card back in my old PIII and it works just fine.
