Photoshop filters

Used to be able to import Photashop Difuse Glow filter into Prem 6.5 with ease. Doesn't work with Pro. Tried importing into plugins folder and also PSfilter folder without success. Also tried the same with a rename to change file extension to .prm ...still no joy.
Does any have any thoughts on this ?, because its a terrific efect.
