RT2000 and Seagate, any?

Hi you all. I'm having problems with my RT2000 and a new 80gb Seagate barracuda. I have done many test and I begining to think that there a incompatibility problem between the RT2000 and my Seagate Barracuda. I wanna know if someone have RT2000 and a Seagate barracuda working, maybe It's only my hard drive but I have test it, full Seatools diagnostic and everthing is fine.
Help please.
