Hi. I've recently upgrade my hardware to work with my RT2000. Now have a Intel D865 PERL, two 256 DDR PC400 (for dual chanel), Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz 800 Ghz (hyperthreading enabled) and 80Gb Seagate barracuda as a single drive. I have another drive but its an old 5400 RPM 40gb Quantum Fireball. I was working before with that Quantum as a single drive also (because my A/V drive died) and dind't have any problems like I have now with that Seagate Barracuda. The proble s I have freezes when I'm working in Premiere. Also having a 2 second delay when I pulse space bar to play in time line. I have the same before when I install my old Quantum as system drive and the Seagate as A/V drive. I thought the problem was incompatibility between these drives. I try to work first with Quantum only as a single drive and everything were fine so I dediced to try the same with my 80gb Seagate instead and now I'm having those a annoying freezes.
