Flicker in RealMedia export

This has happened the last couple times I've done an export to Real Media. The audio and video quality is fine, but there's a definite flicker or strobe-like effect that happens every 2-3 seconds which is quite disturbing. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way around it? TIA
