After a recent failure on my Win2k system i have moved on to Windows XP.
As explained in the user manual, i installed Premier first and then powered down to install my RT2500 hardware.
All seemed fine as XP did its usual Found New Hardware. Matrox Video Tools 3a in the CD Rom drive, so i specify the location to the drivers and XP still ok.
Upon restart, XP explains i should modify my resolution on the RT2500 Output to 640x480 16bit etc. Upon pressing ok to the pop-up box i get a new message.
"Invalid Display Settings" - The currently selected graphics display driver can not be used. It was written for a previous version of Windows, and is no longer compatible with this version of Windows. The system has started using the default VGA driver.... I have tried numerous times to install drivers manually and still the same message.
If you could help id be very grateful.
Antonio
