Dolby Prologic question and 5.1

Whilst I appreciate AC3 can be stereo or 5.1, o any of the 5.1 encoders allow this
Dolby prologic surround WITHIN the stereo element of a 5.1 Ac3 mix, can PP7 cope with that too.
I want to create as standard 5.1, but still have Surround a la 5.1 as in Prologic within the stero track, when I make VCD and SVCD versions of my DVD's
Any ideas ?
Am still looking for a shareware or commercial dolby prologic surround encoder to do this, and cant fond anything, other than manual creations and I dont have tome for that method.
