I am the son of Carl Edward Sizemore in WV. My dad passed away last year and at his funeral I was able to meet some of his side of the family-a very nice bunch of people. From them I received the following (very abbreviated) family history. My father married Nancy Wilson from Mineola, NY and had six children-four girls and a two boys. My father was one of eighteen children (from oldest to youngest): Luther, Jesse, Mable, Miles Jr, Carl, Emma, Anna, Helen, Norma, Elsie, Robert, William, Shirley, David, Patricia, Janith, Jack, and Beverly. Their father was Miles Ellis Sizemore (a coal miner) born 3/16/1894, Mother was Annie Sizemore (maiden name Annie Vest). Miles' father was James Isiac (sic)-made beds and chairs, had nine children (born ab 1870). His father was Miles J-mountain farmer who had eight children (born 1842 in VA which later became WV). His father was Franklin (born 1817 in NC), his father was George J (born in North Carolina). I hope this is helpful to someone curious about their family tree, Eric
