Yes I know Oil City and Clarion but I haven't heard of Venus. I grew up in Saegertown, and spent my childhood on horseback riding the miles between friends houses. Now I live about an hour NW of Philly. My oldest daughter is at Penn State on the equestrian team and youngest(16) is in 4-H. I also have a son sandwiched in the middle who gave up horses long ago. I have "inherited" the horses now that the oldest is gone most of the time. I love to trail ride with friends. We have at home, a TB, which is a little too spirited for me, but I do ride sometimes and a Hanoverian. Both mares. We also have a pony and an Appy that were outgrown by the girls and are being used and cared for by friends. In other words, I am a collector of horses - can't part with them. That is a great picture- snow already? Can I put it on the photo of the week?
