Watching Real Madrid and Bayern last night and thinking about tinkering - I must admit I have been quite critical of RE for not making changes early enough but then I suppose to be fair to him you train with players and set up in mind and it is a risk to change that versus hoping plan A works. My main criticism was that we did not change things early enough at Bournemouth but again I suppose the thinking was that what got us to 3 - 0 would get us another goal. It is really hard to know when to make changes - obviously too early can be just as bad as too late!

Watching Real Madrid and Bayern? Are you on a wind up? The amount of injuries we haveI I am surprised we are still in for a shout of staying up. Unfortunately we don’t have the same sort of benches as those two European giants, blimey.

Iirc didn't we have a great chance or even a disallowed goal at the start of the 2nd half? My memory might be playing tricks on me. But if there was, and had it gone in/been allowed to stand, then we would probably have seen the game out quite comfortably.

Chong had one disallowed for offside at 3-1 and Barkley missed a good chance from close range at 3-3.
