    Good position

If we do go down to the championship I think we are in a good position 100 million in the bank new stadium paid for , even when players leave we still have a decent squad and 41 million parachute payment to buy players so not a bad position to be in.

100 m in the bank? A new stadium paid for? How much money do you think has been earned this season and how much do you think has been spent already.Leicester came in 18th last season with 106m prize money, where’s the rest coming from?Get real.

Fans of all teams that go down from the premier league say that but it’s not always the case. Huddersfield were relegated today, and there are others who have had the parachute money coming in that are in downhill mode. Watford for example.

We are in a brilliant position, but that’s because of our owners, their principles and their approach. They will make the money work if anyone can.

We’ll also be alright because we, the fans, know the ups and downs and enjoy being a part of all of it. I honestly think that those conference years will be the making of this club for as long as we remember them. Some of the worst and some of the best of times. Point is we know it doesn’t really matter what league you’re in, as long as it’s enjoyable and you feel part of something.

To be fair, Huddersfield were pretty crap the year they went up from the Championship, let alone after going down.

          Promoted with negative goal difference!!

              £13 million to fix stadium
              £22 million signing
              £30 million in wages
              £4 bonus for ceo
Total £69 million plus other expenses

£35 million relegation parachute ( only in the premiershite for one season )

              £31 + £35 = £66 million left
8 players need replacing ( out of contract )
Not much left considering we couldn't afford a centre back or midfielder in January....

£50 million of which goes to the power court build.....

In year 1 it is 55% of the shared element of the TV broadcasting rights and then 45% in year 2. Certainly quite a bit more than £35 million in year 1.

If you stay in the premiershite for one year and are relegated you get a reduced fee in year 1 and nothing in year 2

Again, please provide a source for that. As far as I am aware, you get the full amount in the first two years but you don't get the year 3 payment.

The 55% parachute payment Leeds got this season was approximately £44 million, and they will get around £36 million next season if don’t go up this month.

Leicester reportedly earned £106.5 million for finishing 18th last season, so if that is where Luton end up, it’s fair to say it was worth getting promoted!

I watched the playoff final again today and with what happened to Locks and the shootout, I’d forgotten how well we played in the first half. Fantastic from the players under the pressure of such a big prize.

Prove that the CEO got a £4 million bonus. Every time I ask for proof, there is no answer.

Who said that we couldn't afford players in January. There is a big difference between being able to afford something and being willing to pay the price being asked.

He can't, although I could disprove it from the accounts and no doubt you already have.

£4m is the total key management remuneration reported by 2020 Holdings. It will include more people than the CEO.

                              Prove the ceo didn't ! 2020 don't tell.

We ourselves sold players who were on the last 6 months of their contracts and refused to resign.
                              They get sold cheap !
We had to target these players from championship and league 1 clubs. Instead we signed an unknown Jap who had one cap and was far from the finished article.

We have a great staff. We were climbing higher in the leagues every season and if we go down we have the same people running the club just with better resources. We’re in a good position.
