    Wolves second goal

I cannot understand why Burke was standing outside of Hashioka - Burke is taller and stronger so why not defend the 6 yard box with a better player at doing so? It is that kind of thing which has nothing to do with money/points deductions or transfers which confuses supporters. One assumes that all week they practice defending balls into the box and surely it should be "second nature" to get your 3 central defenders standing in the middle of the penalty area not putting a little full back in there where losing the header means likely a goal against. Just an example of things we are doing that could be done better without a penny of extra investment. I just really hope they sort themselves out for Friday.

Burke and the Japanese Paul Carden are no where near PL standard unfortunately. If it wasn't for Mengi we'd be alot nearer Sheff Utd.

For the 1st Burke left his rcb position to go chasing the ball probably thinking Hashi was coverinh him. Ball then played into that position and Mengi was left exposed.

Burke should have never let the ball bounce in the first challenge for the first goal. Hashi then turns his back on the shot. Poor all round, but we have what we have and hope they dont repeat the mistakes.

Tarkowski has become specialist in blocking at corners for DCL & others to come in behind to score. Did a job on Liverpool (VVD) last week - completely pre-meditated but within the rules. We need defend the far post aggressively.
