Two takes on the Forest situation

    1. They will be given points back that will be seen as “compensation” which potentially pins the blame on SA based on Clattenberg involvement. Very sticky situation if that happens.

    2. Sky want the drama and the relegation battle to go to the last day and influence the outcome in our favour.

      3. All too common human incompetence.

Isn't it just VAR working as intended? The guidance this year seems to have been to apply a very high bar for what's considered a clear and obvious error, so most of the time the referee's decision stands. Offside is the exception as it's deemed factual down to the length of a toenail.

With the exception of the Sheff Utd game, have we even had any decisions overturned by VAR this season that weren't for offside? Someone will correct me if I'm wrong no doubt, but I can't think of any.

          4. Humans seeking a scapegoat for their own failings. Which is again all too common.

Given that we have got to play Everton, surely if Attwell was determined to help us, he would have done everything in his power for a Forest victory.

Many years ago Atwell was demoted to referee championship games after “denying” Derby 2 blatant penalties in their 1-1 “East Midlands” derby match against FOREST ……. you don’t hear them bringing that up do ya !

Didn’t hear them crying when Huddersfield had 2 blatant penalties turned down against them in the play off final
