    Tactical Disasterclass

What was with the long ball to Morris tactics today. Brentford's back three giants ate it alive.

Tactical really poor, as every time we played it long our midfield and wing backs bombed on. Meant Brentford kept winning it, playing a pass and having three v three.

Edwards needs to think about that.

Said it for months now, Morris on his own up front just doesn't work in this league

Agreed. Far more effective in a wide role.

Thought Woodrow might have been a shout to play today up there with him.

Yet when we played 2 up front the first 2 games of the season we lost 3-0 and 4-1.

Glad someone else has mentioned this.......yes we have injuries but having him up front by himself is asking for trouble.

really surprised but nothing even changed second half

We lack pace up top, so when the midfield get the ball they look up and there is no one to aim at except Morris. I thought he battled well but against Pinnock who was bigger and stronger he struggled which is to be expected.

Agreed. And not blaming Morris at all But why keep on doing it over and over.
