              They can play anywhere, just as any of the outfielders can play in goal.

              Tactical genius Stuart Pearce once brought David James on upfront for the last five minutes of a game for Man City.

              Pearce said at the time he did it because he could see him causing some problems and then conceded that while he did cause problems, it was more for them than the opposition

                Don't actually remember that but with keepers wearing different kits I just wondered if there were any restrictions.
