Blimey hadn’t realised what a good job he is doing at Charlton. Lost the first game in charge but hasn’t lost since (10 games) and they would be 4th over those 10 games. Pretty impressive…

NJ is a good manager particularly in lower leagues. The media ridiculed him at Southampton - a bit unfairly given that they were on long downward spiral for 5 years. Maybe PL is too high a level for him but I recall Southampton fans saying at the time that his media "strategy" was terrible. Sadly in PL every word is picked up by media and Jones talks too much
