Barkley was immense again today, he really is an amazing footballer.

Could really give MOM every week to Barkley... Today any of them, Kabore also can be added to above list!

Difficult. I think you can make a decent case for at least 8 of them. And the others all put a great shift in too!

What is noticeable though is that Barkley is no longer head and shoulders above the rest. He's clearly passed on a lot of know how, awareness, and ability to others too. Clearly he's still probably out best player but is evidently having such a huge positive impact on the whole squad. Similarly, Townsend.

How did you watch it? I do hope it wasn't by using an illegal stream? Your boss will surely strike you down on the church steps tomorrow morning?

Kabore or Ted - kept us in it first half and immense throughout.

Mengi is an absolute monster! Understand others thinking it is crucial we keep Barkley if we were to go down. I'd suggest it is more important to keep Teden. I can really see him becoming the backbone alongside being our future captain. The guy is absolutely out of this world with a first class attitude. How on earth we nabbed him from United with all of their defensive woes. Still expecting to hear it is a short term deal with United having the first option to resign him.

Agree with Cuba ...difficult one though...defenders worked hard

Our free transfer from Accrington bossed that midfield 2nd half. As much as I like Ross , JC movement and passing lead the team on by a country mile.

Yes he did, like a lot of the team JC took huge confidence from Wednesday.

Playing alongside Barkley has clearly improved JC and his control on the ball and creativity has stepped up.

For me but could be anyone else in reality. Really good team effort today and that’s what got us the result. Even the refs performance was good.
