    Ross Barkley

Just can’t make up my mind about him ! Fabulously talented footballer and has scored some cracking goals for us but at the same time consistently loses possession trying to beat to many opposing players which have resulted in a number of goals against us

Depends which way you look at it doesn’t it?

RB takes risks. Likes to keep the ball and play his way out rather than constantly pass his way out. By doing this, he has the ability to unlock teams. That’s his game. His final pass creating a chance. Without it, we would be very one dimensional. He allows others to get into positions.

But in order to have this, his play is risky. And sometimes it doesnt come off. If he was perfect, he probably wouldn’t be playing for us.

Id still rather have him than not. He’s an asset. He makes us tick. And if we are to stay up, we need Ross Barkley in my opinion. He may cost us a couple of goals before the end of the season. But I think he will crate more than he costs us. Talented player.

The standard of our top league now is way, way above the standard before the start of the premier league.
Yes they were great players, but in a different age so its impossible to compare.
I know where my vote would go.

                              Yeh Ricky Hill
Did it consistently over 506 appearances in a style not the norm back then and getting lumps kicked out of him
Ross is incredible in the tippy tappy era but only one winner for me

I think that’s fair enough. Ricky is and always will be my hero. It’s almost impossible to compare - but they are both top top drawer. Ross is outstanding - it’s absolutely extraordinary that we’ve even got him, let alone that he’s putting in the performances and the effort that he is. It speaks absolutely volumes about our club and those that run it.

Imagine a team with both of them in it?!

A lack of DM means he's a bit deeper than he'd probably like. Push him 30 yards further up and he's more dangerous.

Kaminski, who has conceded 60 league goals this season, an average of over two per game.

I'll stay with Barkley as player of the season thank you.
