So you can admit you cheated to stay on the premier league gravy train. And you will only lose four points. What a farce. I hope the premier league appeal and Leeds, Leicester and Southampton take legal proceedings against Forest. Integrity of the competition has long since gone.
Ham fisted threat

This constant “reduced by 2 for complying” is a threat. If forest appeal, they are clearly not complying, By definition.
So if they appeal and it goes against them, will the reduction of 2 be reversed? Will the regulator show some guts? Answer in 2 letters.

Just my opinion . .
I keep reading/hearing that the PL wanted -12 for Everton, who got -10 reduced to -6 after an appeal. They wanted -8 for Forest, who got -4.
Apparently the PL were (are) too worried about any flak coming back to them if they make their own decisions, so Independant Commissions were handed the respondibility.
If the Governing body (PL) see themselves as unable to make a 'fair and honest' decision regarding the breaking of their own rules, I can't see them appealing a decision that a 3rd party made for them.
