Then surely this wouldn’t be very cooperative and would result in more legal fees etc. for the premier league. So based on the logic of the judgement, if their appeal is decided to have no merit they should lose their 2 points sanction reduction for being nice little flagrant rule breakers. And have have the penalty increased to 6 points. Clearly won’t happen though.
