How can spending money on the playing staff not give u a sporting advantage... apart from if or Man U or Chelsea and buy so many poor players
It makes 0 sense
And the arguement that a fine would be a better punishment is just absurd ... if you have the money to ignore the spending limit initially you will have the money to play the fine
