777 the prospective new owners shouldn't get approval as new owners They are £3.7 billion in debt with lots of financial problems and legal problems and investors pulling out etc They'd get -9pts for administration as well

If they think theres any chance further deductions will relegate them then almost certainly no more than a fine and suspended points. the decision today shows the only precedent set is that the commission make it up as they go along
