So Frustrating

To come back so well after being totally outplayed in the first half and to lose through passive defending Bemused that Bell started and thought Hashioka would have started after his performance against Man City We do not seem to have a defensive midfielder to hold the back together but I suppose with our finances that’s the way it is

What the heck does that mean?
This is pure gas lighting now.

Morning Cuba
I guess we should all bow to your superior knowledge of the club's financial position
Not sure how many people are driving back or in the pub 10 minutes after the final whistle. You can though use these gadgets called mobile phones whilst walking down Hazelbury Crescent.

Our finances have never been better, we should have bolstered the squad in January with three or four new faces. That will be our undoing.

Such a boring and predictable reply.

Why do you refuse to understand the fact that January is notoriously hard to get players in on? And this year more than ever.
You're speculating, as am I in the fact that. there probably aren't any players available who are good enough for us that we can afford. Do you really wish we had signed some random underwhelming midfielder who would take time to get used to the level and then will immediately be surplus to requirements when Lokonga is back in a week?

As you know the point I have made repeatedly is that we needed cover for Tom and Marv and we knew that in early December.
Yes I fully appreciate its hard but yesterday was a game where an experienced head at the back may have meant we picked up a point.
That steady influence and inspiration.
We have conceded a hatful of goals in the last few weeks and that specifically where we needed to do better.
Where you argument falls down is that we were a championship club last season, so by that measure a large number of championship centre halfs have the scope to step up.
What worries me and I think is the elephant in the room is that we were unable to sign them.
There comes a time when undisclosed transfers and low wages stops working.
Where nobody has quite grasped my argument on all this, IF that is the case THEN BE HONEST about it.
If the clubs says we have no money fans will understand, but don’t come out with contradictory statements.

Have you?
Never seen anyone called “Incredible” posting on here before …..
There are many might haves, could haves. If Villa's very talented and expensive back line hadn't made so many mistakes against an obviously lower quality team they'd have been like Citeh, out of sight. They made mistakes. Are we saying Emry and the board get slated for not buying better in January. Lastly, available players in Jan are either having a rough time or come from a lower league side needing to sell. No guarantee of quality, let alone improvement.

Yeah we should’ve spent the whole £200 million on 20 new players, stay up by the skin of our teeth, and then break the financial rules next season so we get relegated after a points deduction. Looks to be working for Forest!!!
