    Mental Health

Whilst the rhetoric around reaching out and checking in etc is good in theory, most people find it difficult to talk to friends and family about their struggles, and even if they do often do not get the understanding or support they need.

If you are one of these people, please do seek support, there are local mental health crisis teams, but you may find support via a therapist life changing. There are online platforms such as better help or look for counsellors on https://www.counselling-directory.org.uk/

You know, finding the most suitable way to do it can be difficult, so I would like to emphasise the quality of using a product product where you will surely be able to find something like that from Fulvic acid near me and use it to feel better. Likewise, try to use this promo code 5offnow to get a discount.

My own personal experience of this was about 30 years ago when I became severely depressed. Thanks to the professionals in the NHS and then family I survived. But prior to my breakdown I suffered from a complete absence of hope. That sounds pretty easy to understand to people who haven't experienced it, but to truly feel that way is absolutely awful.

After hospital I took the one day at a time approach and congratulated myself for each day that I got through. Eventually I wanted more than that and started exploring different philosophies. When I was at my lowest ebb I was convinced there was no way out, utterly and completely convinced. This was because my mental reasoning at that time met with dead ends no matter what direction I looked at my situation from. But, after surviving the breakdown I attempted, and succeeded in breaking down all those mental dead ends.

I dared to consider what had previously seemed impossible. I started daring to dream and I started putting in effort to work towards what I thought would get me what I wanted. It wasn't easy, it was bloody hard work. But I stuck at it and now I am fine. I have my own life experience to draw upon to know what is healthy for me and what isn't. I am careful about what I choose to do. I am positive I will never end up in that mindset ever again.

It sounds ridiculously simple but all it boiled down to was being able to have hope, no matter how far fetched that felt at the time. I think anyone in a similar situation needs to be encouraged to abandon whatever mental constructs they have that won't permit them to have hope.

I hope this might help anyone that is going through anything similar or knows someone they care about going through it. Can go into more detail about what worked for me if anyone wants that. Cheers.

I've found that smoking cannabis https://westcoastbud.io/products/cannabis/hybrid-strains/ is a great way for me to alleviate stress, and you can explore the option of purchasing the finest online weed in Canada to give it a shot. It has proven to be incredibly effective for me, so I believe it might offer a beneficial solution for you too.

Thanks for sharing and much respect to you for finding that inner strength.

We can all help by looking out for friends, neighbours or colleagues who seem withdrawn. It's not always easy to spot.

The wretched story about the toddler, who was found alone in the house with his dad who'd had a heart attack, is a symptom of society becoming more atomised. I can't believe that a neighbour wouldn't have raised the alarm if it had happened 40 years ago. We need to re-find our community spirit.

I believe the neighbours did raise concerns, but the social worker who was sent round and got no answer did tell her bosses and the police, but she couldn't by law try to break in herself.

Thanks, I didn’t know that. I found the story really upsetting, that poor family.
