    Those crazy yanks

Can't even get a little ship with a camera up onto the moon despite having the best technology in the world.
And yet there's people that still believe they put men on the moon 55 years ago🤣🤣🤣🤣

I love the moon conspiracy stuff, always been 100% convinced they were real, as the years go by though it has dropped to 99.99%, amazing that we've not been back in so long.

However it's just a shit lump of rock, so what's the point I suppose.

I saw the Apollo command module, couldn’t believe how low tech it was, lots of switches and buttons

My son is an astrophysicist in the USA. I asked the same question.
He said that the sun has 4bn years left. As it cools it expands, gradually eating up planets. We're it's 4th course. If we can colonise Mars it will give mankind another 500,000 years before Mars is munched too. The moon is the first stop on the way

In 1969 a computer with the same power as a modern day PlayStation would have been the size of a house. Yet they could do moon landings then but not now? Do me a favour 🤣
If they had have landed back then, surely man would have a base there so we could push further on into space.
            It's all very gufftastic.

NASA can do this, it's what my son works on:

Bit like not bothering to go Tenerife because you watched Judith Chalmers go there on telly.

More like not doing it every year.
Unfortunately, a round trip to the moon stacks out a bit more than £450 per person per, week, half board.
The Mars missions are now telling us what the obstacles are there. We know what's needed on the moon, why waste billions repeating a successful experiment? Looks good, gives nothing...may as well send a rocket to Benidorm. At 17000 mph, it'll get there bloody quick

More likely not going to Tenerife in case she is still there!
