Firstly, it's not a great sign that even The Outsider isn't happy about aspects of the commercial side. I hope he's raised his concerns.

Secondly, is this the last season of the Puma kit deal?

      Puma kits are crap wherever.

Get Adidas back who make the best kits.

failing that get O'Neill's in from Ireland who can do a 3 stripe legally.

Don't know if it's still the case but until quite recently Adidas will only supply a club if they can pair them up with at least one other, so you'd need to find someone else that plays in white/black, sorry, orange/navy/white.

There's some decent Umbro and Hummel stuff around at the moment.

          On the commercial side -
We have the smallest capacity in the Championship.
We can't fit any more fans in.
Our average wage is £2.5k a week, the Championship average is £10k

While the club were grateful for every drop of support in the non league, the position has changed entirely so expect the club to be more money orientated - see my post here about the John Moore and Milennium Suite price hikes http://members.boardhost.com/lutonoutlaws/msg/1562744844.html

The commercial side must be tapped to its fullest, it's not going to be nice but we have to adjust. Having said that, it doesn't mean we should accept everything 2020 do and I will drop in the old adage - always be wary of someone at the height of their power.....

I understand all of that and accept that the commercial department need to make money where they can but it is also important to remember that if things go wrong on the pitch and the commercial sponsors disappear they will soon want "the ordinary fans" back.

Agree 100% - if we get relegated, what then? The JM and MS hikes were badly handled so already there's some bitterness.

I have heard similar from elsewhere about that.

When you actually see/feel the new 1st shirt, it's very nice.

The white front design is awful, not spoken to anyone yet who likes it.

The third is ok, the kids will love it, it's not actually to garish.

The best description I have seen of the kits is Arsenal, Tottenham and Saturday Night Fever, perhaps they will grow on me!
