    Fair enough, but how come Blackpool still not been deducted anything yet*

    Fully understand Blackpool went into admin to oust the Oyston’s, but surely administration is administration.

        Just to clarify administration rules.
        Class A, Luton, most severe.
        Class B, Others selectively moderate.

              the family trust have most of the "debt" so they have the most votes on whether the cva gets accepted. The debt will be reduced to under 7p in the £1, and Bolton will continue on their way and the local companies and St Johns ambulance will have to take or leave the offer.
